We should see the Radeon RX 6700 XT with the Navi 21 XT, and Radeon RX 6600 XT with the Navi 21 XL. The higher-end Navi 21 XTX should have more CUs and even higher GPU clocks -- even if it is just another 100MHz, it'll be faster.
Something interesting here is that we should see all 3 of these cards (Navi 21 XTX, Navi 21 XT and Navi 21 XL) with 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory interface. But then there's the Infinity Cache, which we don't know too much about yet -- but this could be on the 'Big Navi' card and bring performance closer to the GeForce RTX 3080.
We should expect performance of the Navi 21 XT-powered Radeon RX 6000 series card to have performance that should be able to topple NVIDIA's soon-to-be-launched GeForce RTX 3070. We could see the AMD-exclusive Navi 21 XTX with performance that could get closer to the GeForce RTX 3080, but with a bigger selling point: 16GB of RAM.
